No one seems to tell you that 'feathering your nest' takes time... For the person with the average income, that is. My home is slowly coming together but I'm getting impatient! My West Elm credit card sits empty and let me tell you it takes sheer will power because holy heck I could get in trouble there! Anyway, I used to want a very cold living room environment. The plan was acorn wood, grey, charcoal, white and black. Well I'm kind of discovering that I love color and prints, textures, patterns... And a dab of neon. The furniture I like is timeless but the other lovelies are vibrant and lively. So woohoo for new discoveries. These photos are from pinterest and they're inspiring in the color department.
